I have a South African friend going to university in Cape Town who personally witnessed the poo-slinging antics of a few of his black compatriots from the area.

His proverbial poo-flinging at white people is sufficient evidence to me that, even if international law does not permit him to be its Jean-Jacques Dessalines, Julius Malema would be the Robert Mugabe of South Africa.

The EU gave Mugabe more than 200 million Euro this year! I hope the European taxpayer knows that they are funding Mugabe's little empire in Zimbabwe.

Not just Cecil Rhodes. They fling shit all the time. There were some debates about portable flush toilets for informal settlements a few years ago. The Council had set up portable toilets but they demanded flushable toilets and tore down the portable toilets, then proceeded to throw buckets of shit everywhere. Cape Town International Airport's departure terminal had shit dumped all over it in 2013 - in connection with the toilet debacle. They also threw shit at passing cars and on highways and government buildings.

Basically, if you don't like it then you throw shit at it. Cecil Rhodes wasn't the first victim of the poo protesters.
