Because the father is the one that gives the child his/her identity, lineage and etc, and no, being an Arab is not based on racial grounds like in the Jewish and other endogenous communities but rather based on linguistic and cultural identity.

Yes. In Gambia where the majority of the populace are Muslims, they wear their own distinct costumes and clothing that are unique. Wearing Arabian clothes just reinforces the stereotype that all Muslims in the world are Arabs or something.

Because we sell fez,belly dancing clothes and camel rides at our touristic sites. İ have seen camel only in antalya.

Beacuse European tourists want to see such things in Turkey when they visit here. Therefore some local artisans and etc selling or arranging such things. I doubt that they even know the historical background of fez and belly dance. It's all about tourist attraction and money.
