1. Not true.
2. True only when it comes to North and Central Europe.

1: No. Europeans are diverse looking and don't look all the same, but in all countries of the continent you find people with Pan-Euro phenotypes. The phenotypical overlap between diferent regions of the continent is significant, I would say, but most have their own look... for example, a group of typical looking Iberians would look off in England and vice versa. When it comes to overlap between Southern Europe and the Northern regions, the latter pass better in the former if they have Atlantid or Alpine phenotypes, which are Pan-Euro faces, which is not the case with Gracile-Meds or Berids, these types, even if present in Northern and Central Europe, look more specifically Southern European and would have a harder time fiting in Central and Northern Europe.
2: Yes, Europeans share more physical resemblence among each other than they do with non-Europeans. The overlap of Iberians and North Africans or Italians and Levantines is mainly on the part of the former non-Euro countries having a significant minority of people that overlap with Europeans, mainly the Southern ones. So, for example, while I think Greeks look, facially-wise, more similar to other Europeans than non-Euros, they fit better as a group in Turkey than Germany, because a sizable minority of Turks that look Euro share more resemblance with Greeks than average Germans.

1) Disagree, of course. Yes, some people have an almost pan-Euro look but they are not the majority. On group level differences between regions become quite clear.
2) 90% of the time true. The rest are Semitic and semi-Mongoloid looking exceptions.
