every letter is different, but the overall style look similar because both alphabets were usually carved on wood or stones using metal tools, for this reason both alphabets look squared and full of angles and may appear similar

the runic germanic alphabet derives from the ancient Etruscan alphabet, a modified version of archaic Greek alphabet, which also derives from Phoenician, the runic modification of this alphabet was widespread among Celts which lived in north Italy, near the Etruscans, later the alphabet was used by all the Celtic peoples in central Europe, and was adopted by Germans which lived east and north of the celtic territory

We have similar symbols in Proto-Buglar runes, but they certainly didn't derive from Vikings, more like the opposite.

Proto-Bulgars were a Turk people from west-central Asia, they adopted Slavic language, customs and religion only when they went to their actual territory; perhaps the runic script is in some way related to the Turk runes

That's the Göktürk Rune, which have used the Turkic Bulgarians and Hungarians.

That thing in the middle is the tamga(signature) of Kayı Tribe. Founders of Ottoman Empire.
