Arameans took that alphabet from Phoenicians and İranians took that from them. Thats how that alphabet reached Central Asia.

Bulgar and Magyar runes derived from Turkic Alphabet that first used by Gokturks. And that alphabet was derived -possibly- from Turkic tamgas and Sogdian/Aramaic alphabet. There is no connection with Viking runes except similar looking.
