Only if I looked like them. I'd probably pick Japan, I actually prefer east Asian infrastructure(very urban, small, tight streets) to Western infrastructure.
Hong Kong looks like the best city and while the majority of the people descent from northern Chinese snow people, I don't like the climate of Hong Kong. Singapore has an Indian/Bangladesh/South Asian problem. China is too overpopulated and not as rich at the moment.
The Koreans and Japanese are pretty racist people, and rightfully so, I don't want to impose on them. I myself respect East Asian culture but I'd still prefer want to be around people who look similar to me.
I may put a Longbowman and get an east Asian chick, have kids, indoctrinate them to only intermarry another Asian and for him to indoctrinate that kid to intermarry another Asian. By then that descendant would look almost fully Asian and he'd be able to fit in east Asia quite well(pretty sure Longbowman is only doing the first step though, shame), while Europe is burning from the Afros and Arabs and America is burning from the Mexicans and Afro-Americans. Europe doesn't seem to have much of a long term future, so.

I'd live in Shanghai, which is like the New York and Paris of China and very cosmopolitan. It is also very easy to get around. And the good thing is that it is still within China, so you are connected to the foremost country and economy of the region. It has the most amazing architecture out of all cities in Asia (from hyper modern to Western colonial to traditional Chinese), and has a very strong charming vibe as well as local culture.
Also, Shanghainese girls, and Jiangnan (Eastern China) girls in particular, are known for their delicate features and refinement.

Hong Kong is actually a Cantonese city, so very Southern Chinese.
A Northern Chinese city would be Beijing, Qingdao, Dalian, Shenyang, Hohhot, Xi'an, etc.
Also, Mainland China actually has less population density than Japan/Korea/HK, etc, or anywhere else in East Asia. It's only because it is so much bigger, that the overall population is bigger. Many of the coastal Mainland Chinese cities such as Shanghai, etc are already at or approaching the wealth/development levels of the developed East Asian countries as well.

The majority of Hong Kong people are made up of Nationalist party China Chinese refugees from the British colonial era fleeing the Communists in the North during WW2 and the civil war. The natives are Cantonese and they speak Cantonese but they're still northern. Beijing alone is a major source for the migrants.
Also, I disagree on Shanghai having the most amazing architecture. Well, atleast when looking at their skylines. Hong Kong by far has the nicest looking, most futuristic and largest skyline in the world. Shanghai is still up there though. It's crazy that China pretty much has dozens of cities like this while America only has 2 pretty much(NY/Chicago, and even those have so much open space) and Europe pretty much has none other than a tiny Frankfurt and London skyline.

Hong Kong people are primarily descended from migrants from Guangdong province, and to a lesser extent (maybe less than 10%) from Fujian, Shanghai, etc. But very few are descended from actual Northern Chinese. HK people are very much archetypical Southern Chinese.
But yes, I would say Hong Kong has pretty amazing modern architecture. I think it's between HK and Shanghai as far as the competition for the best modern skyline in Asia.

I used to visit China every summer as my grandfather is Chinese and he still has family there.
