Tuscany is not northen italy to begin with, and liguria is only barely influenced by germanic migrations, true north italians have an incidence of medium brown to blond hair of 10-20% , the frisians for comparison have about 70%, the austrians 30% and the greeks 5% or less, eye colour among north italians is also quite light (about 40%), for istance the frisians are above 80% and the austrians around 55%, the greeks 15%.

It would have been good if you provided a source for your stats, but it's a fact that modern North Italians are heavily mixed with South Italians at least in cities and towns, maybe less in villages. How can they be almost as light as Austrians then? Then again Nurzat said he saw a lot of really light Italians in Lombardy which is further North than the regions I mentioned. Still your op is absurd. Not many people will say North Italians look like Central and Northern Europeans on average, especially the way you termed it as 'kind of Nordic' making reference presumably at the Nordic phenotype or maybe the wider 'Nordish' spectrum and not Nordic countries, which would be still more absurd.

My stats for northen italians are from livi, you can find them in the internet, for frisians,austrians and greeks from coon (the races of europe).
North italians aren't that different from central europeans but the defenetelly don't look north euro (scandinavian,british) altough they are way lighter than most of southern euros.
For istance the irish have only 0,5% of pure dark eyes and the austrians about 20-25%,that's a big difference.

South Italians are basically mediterranid,armenoid and berid they have mostly brown skin,brown eyes and black curly hair, they aren't even white for the most part, even thought you'll find lighter individuals is some areas...

British Islanders may be lighter eyed than some of the Germans but they are less light haired(except for red haired). North Italians are probably only a little bit lighter than other South Europeans and not 'way lighter'. This is a myth propagated on the internet by some people that North Italians are worlds apart from South Italians. There is a smaller difference between them irl imho.

The "black irish" stereotype refers to pale skinned,light eyed, dark haired phenotype that is common among the celtic fringe, dark hair is fairly common among the irish but dark eyes and tan skin isn't, red hair is actually very light and most of brits (except welsh) are lighter haired than germans, except north germans (who are very similar to the english).

Nothing new. By race, I don’t mean genetically since obviously we’re all humans. By race, I mean phenotypically that we ( Europeans) are White people. Nevertheless, you seem to have disconnected Italians from our group.
