No opinion on the family itself, but the Habsburg Empire and later the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy brought prosperity, civilisation, order and western culture in Eastern Europe and Balkans.I wish it lasted longer, but I strongly disagree with the pre-monarchy oppression of hungarians though.

And unfortunately were occupants of Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Without caring about Polish aid in defeating Turks and helping Austria to survive, by stopping Ottoman Empire, they still participated in Partitions of PLC. At least later they were in war with Russia.
So, I cannot admire them, nor like them. However, of all occupants, they were "least evil".

I am not very familiar with the Commonwealth's history nor it's relation with the Empire, but I do see your point and I know that poles played a major role at the Battle Of Vienna and Jan Sobieski was indeed a hero.Having Austro-Hungarian ancestry I am indeed subjective, but destroying the Monarchy and creating 100000 small and weak states in it's place was the stupidest thing to do IMO.

For the Habsburgs who ruled Spain, Wikipedia declared: The Habsburg years were also a Spanish Golden Age of cultural efflorescence.
King Philip IV of Spain was an important patron of literature, the theatre, and the fine arts.
