The Bulgarian government (luckily) still officially acknowledges the Turkic theory as fact, let's hope it stays this way.

When I was hanging out on Wikipedia, the "Proto-Bulgars" article had always been on attacked by Bulgarians. They were just deleting every "Turkic" word they find.

I've never understood this, since they then proudly fly the Turkic IYI symbol

That's actually the Oghuz-Kayı tribe's (Tribe of the Ottomans) Tamga (symbol). It doesn't belong to all Turkic people.

It was also the symbol used by the ruling dynasty of the Bulgars (and later Bulgaria), the Dulo clan. But, yes, it's also the same symbol used by the tribe which founded the Ottoman Empire. You won't believe how funny it is when you see Wannabe-Aryan Bulgarian skinheads using the symbol

Heh, the Arab was a 24-year old virgin, I burst out laughing when he said that "TA was distracting him from his social life", I mean, what the hell kind of social life could a guy like that even have

Yeah, that's happened before. Some kids who are embarrassed and think that they can vandalize just so that they cover what they see as "shame". Most of these people are young and want something to take "pride" in, but the fact that Bulgaria was part of the Ottoman Empire for 500 years sort-of alienates some people from wanting to admit that the Bulgars spoke a Turkic language.

Actually, on the Bulgarian wikipedia, it's kind-of the same case. There was so much butthurt when Bulgarian Wikipedia said that the Bulgars were Turkic and spoke a Turkic language, that vandalism of the page use to be somewhat common. I remember in the talk section of Wikipedia, someone opened a subject "why are we ashamed that the Bulgars were Turkic?" He came up with an analogy: "what is better, for Asparukh (the founder of Bulgaria) to have been a Turk, or for him to have been a Gypsy (since Gypsies are also Iranic)?". Nevertheless, of the skin heads had something to say about it.

Oh, please, I do no miss him at all. If you want to try to humiliate the Balkan posters here you can do it on your own. Seems like you have inferiority issues judging by your posts.

Onur was an aggressive and tedious Turkish troll, who fapped about ideas of reconquering the Balkans with a new Ottoman Empire, and who had no problem with the fact that the Ottomans murdered, harmed, raped, discriminated and enslaved people on the Balkans and near Austria. He didn't want to see the mass of crimes that Turks commit in Europe on a daily basis, and he thought that the islamization and 'turkification' of Europeans towns is a good development.

He was banned more than once, and I'm glad he's gone. He had no respect for Europe and us Europeans. That you like him, mikhail, just proves again that you're a Bulgarian asslicker of anything Turkish. You still see them as your masters. You seemingly have a Turk complex or you have some Turkish heritage, loser.

I'm curious to hear what you have to say. What sort of inferiority complex do I have, according to you?
