Default Post a question, get an answer

So the idea of this thread is to post a question that will provoke an interesting answer. It can be of a personal nature, to ask a political or social opinion, for information or it can be just for fun

    THE RULES
    1. You can only reply to the question which was posted above you.
    2. ON TOPIC-NESS You cannot discuss or argue with someone's answers. Instead, start a new thread in the relevant section. This is to avoid messes in this thread.
    3. Be nice! Don't be mean!
    4. Answer the question as fully as you possibly can
    5. Don't ask a question that's already been asked
    6. Remember to ask a question at the end of your post
    7. Avoid questions with one word answers
    8. Stemming from 3, don't be overly offended, remember this is a fun thread
    9. Hypothetical questions are totally cool
    10. Don't be afraid to ask something controversial!

I hope this will be an exciting thread for everyone involved

Happy questioning and answering, but remember that rules number 1 and 6 are the most important!

    The first question:

If you had only 5 words left to say for the rest of your life, what would they be and why?

    Kyrie, eleison.

Because by then, nothing else would matter. I'd use the time won by the lack of the other three words to put my soul behind it.

What do you think is the most morally objectionable crime?

(Thanks to my ignore list, I could only reply to the first post. )

Since Hellasson murdered my thread, I'm going to answer the question of the previous post before his.

Arrow Cross asked: "What do you think is the most morally objectionable crime?"

I think that the most morally objectionable crime is probably the combination of several crimes. I recently read of the horrifying assault/torture of a girl in the UK by her roommates because they thought she'd gone out with some guy that was one of their exes. It's horrifying because one expects to trust who one lives with... however, I think probably the combination of rape and assault (in the sense of beating or pouring acid on or something awful) is probably the most morally reprehensible crime. I know that the victims are predominantly female but I think it can happen to both genders. The combination of physical and emotion pain caused by such a crime is devastating.

    Question:
Where is your favourite place to walk? Why? Show pictures!

This is my favourite walk, it's a small pond called Fendrod Lake near me.

    Mainly because of this.

I can't wait to hear the roar of the ocean and the feel of the sand in-between my toes for a couple of days.

A.White, from that colour all others emanate.

    Q. Why did I have to be born a human in stead of a guinea fowl

I admire those who fight for a cause and despise those who cause fights.

When in doubt, make a fool of yourself. There is a microscopically thin line between being brilliantly creative and acting like the most gigantic idiot on earth. So what the hell, leap.

The sky is blue because of all the dreams projected into it... ok well that's what I wish but scientifically the sky is blue because of Rayleigh scattering, which is something I had to learn way too much about in my satellite imagery class. Basically, blue light is of a shorter wavelength than most other colours, so when it comes through, it is scattered the most. At sunset, the sky has more colours because there is more air for the light to pass through, thereby scattering more of the longer wavelength colours (i.e. red, yellow).
Here is a complicated-ish diagram from hyperphysics:

Mie scattering also influences the colour of the sky, but Mie scattering is caused by larger particles so this is only really seen in heavily polluted areas.
