What happened to MySpace??

Pre 2007 internet was the best thing on earth, but then facebook came and drew in all the special snowflake kiddies with their obnoxious and moronic views and destroyed the internet. Now we are infested with cancer the likes of Twatter and tumblr.

It was not nearly as possible. If I recall, 2007 is when they just opened up to high schoolers. That's the beginning of the end. The internet was a fun place when I posted often which was 2003-2009, recently it's become a lot more serious. With the rise of social media, people have their own 'personalities', consolidate their names across 50 different websites. This brings an attitude you are finding more and more these days, when people used to FB and Tumblr come to other forums and communities, refuse to learn the culture of those places, and get wildly upset and try to 'troll' when you call them out. In 2007, if someone called you a fat fucking faggot you laughed it off. Now, if someone does so, people get angry because they think "don't they know who I am?? I'm important!". They bring their attitude from other websites around. Also, someone will also chime in "Hey guys don't say faggot please it's a mean word and hurts peoples feelings thank you uwu ﾟ+｡:.ﾟヽ(*´∀`)ﾉﾟ.:｡+ﾟ"

Obviously the culture is changing, it's just said. The same thing happened when Usenet kind of died out to the WWW. Back then, you needed to actually ring up someone's ISP to get them to kick a troll off the network - people could wreak literal havoc and shit all over the place for weeks until you did so. Kids today have no idea how nice they have it. That's why young people are literally the worst shitposters around. Not even funny or subtle when they do it.

Rupert Murdoch bought Myspace & fucked it, the format changed. People left for facebook.

I'm happy about that, to be honest. The children and the low lifes mainly stay on twitter, whereas the more mature and more "serious" people tend to use Facebook more.

Ah, MySpace. The site that introduced me to stalking beautiful girls. I first got off while on MySpace (while stalking and flirting). Myspace had a cheap feel to it, and Facebook grew increasingly popular among everyone. Myspace died and Facebook thrived (which it still does)..The kids these days are more into Twitter, though. And, I just don't get that. Not at all.

Facebook was better than all of them,so it naturally came out on top,and the rest died.
