Of course Greek Cyprios rejected the Annan plan. It was rediculus.
As long as Turkey doesn't interfere, Cyprus will be united alright.

Black veil not being common is one for example.
It doesn't feel the same. You can find little drops of influences here and there but greek culture is a different case.
I know that you're not that strict, with the islamic dressing code. But that's good

I can understand why you might not want to be associated with Turks. I think our cultures and people are very close to each other especially across the Aegean Coast.

France banned black veils, and is trying to deal with it. But we banned headscarf, and have had a dispute over it for years, go figure. We don't have an issue like black veil like these western europeans do, but even headscarf has been a matter of problem in here, that might give people a hint about how Turks and Arabs are different from each other.

Turks may not wear black veils but the mentality is similar. It is a ruthless, agressive, opressive. It lacks ethics. Lacks fairness, all of which are shared values across the EU. hence it is more similar to arab countries.

I don't think you can change the foundation of a country.

You're generalizing as a Turk-hater, but diversity is good, EUparty needs a rebellious hooligan.

Imo, the EU should revive that Mediterranean Union, should sign agreements with all countries of North Africa and the Levant plus Turkey, to prevent illegal immigration if anything.

Turkey already has signed an agreement with EU about that.

Are you joking, why would you want 80 million Turks free to roam as they please, NO THANKS. This is honestly insulting and I'm a Jew, how can you actually think yourself European with that attitude - does the year 1683 even ring any bells to you?
