Tatars of Tatarstan are closest to their neighbours, the Udmurts, Chuvash, Erzya... Uralic peoples. which are close to Russians, which are Uralic natives + Aryan steppe invaders. so they're all half related in Northern Europe (be it West be it East), from the Norwegians that are 50% of Yamnaya stock... Udmurts have >60% Yamnaya scores and they don't even speak an Indo-European language. some language shifts and some populations shifts took place in the region

you got me by 0.19 difference up to 4-5 is normal from individual to individual in the same population. the total difference of 20 is pretty large, so Yamnaya are far from any living population. but with all that still the closest ones are in the region of the original Yamnaya (Ukrainians, Central Russians, Moldavians)
