My question to you is: Is Latvia a nordic country? What's you perspective on this matter

Again you seem to dont learn anything. Latvia is a north east European country with many people who have nordic traits!! You use the definition of geographical nordic countrys but Latvia is not geograpical a nordic country but it is north east!

Latvia is a Baltic country. You are a Balt.
