I didn't watch the video but I've read about the theory, virtually very few Pashtuns actually believe that they are Jewish but all believe in their tribal identity which is the most organized in the planet.

I believe the Pashtun origin up to Qais Abdur Rashid (Qish/Kasay) and his four sons that gave birth to the Pashtun tribal confederacy: Sarban (founder of Sarbani confederacy), Bet (founder of Bettani confederacy), Ghurghaxt (founder of Ghurghakti confederacy) and adopted son Ormur (founder of Karlani confederacy).

Obviously however I don't think that Qais was Jewish and was probably known as Qish or Kasay and their tribal structure had probably formed before Islam, as tribes such as Afridi or Yousufzai were even present during the time of Alexander the Great.

This video is pure Bullshit. They basically score close to zero in semitic DNA and their Y-DNA is mainly R1a-Z93 (Z2124, L657) ,L and Q which are all not of recent West Asian origin. Pashtuns are a mix of Andronovo People (steppe Indo-Iranians/Aryans)+ BMAC/IVC/other Neolithic Non-IE South Central Asians with some more recent gene flow from Persia and Siberia(Turks).

It might be possible for some tribes. We don't have genetic data from the Tribes who claim jewish descent, but most are not.
