    The greek percentages seem legit.

English is compulsory at school and then you choose between German or French as a second language. This is how it was in my years,i don't know if they added more languages later.

But the greek public educational system lacks in many ways,so if you want to achieve a B2 level and more, you'll probably have to attend a private language institution.

Russian used to be mandatory in Romania, currently only 0.2%. Useless language over there nowadays I guess.

it was mandatory, yes I do speak some Russian, as I am Ukrainian ethnic, and many middle aged Romanians have some Russian knowledge. and there are a whole lot of Moldovans who live in Romania (they are all bilingual, with Russian and Romanian). but in school they don't teach it anymore and people under 40 don't speak any

    Englisch lernen: 96,3%
    Deutsch lernen: 69%
    Russisch lernen: 7,7%
    Französisch lernen: 3,7%
    Spanisch lernen: 1,4%
    Italienisch lernen: 0,3%

To be honest, I thought Russian will be higher. 20% at least.

    CZECH REPUBLIC
    Spanisch lernen: 1,7%
    Deutsch lernen: 32,4%
    Englisch lernen: 96,5%
    Französisch lernen: 3,3%
    Italienisch lernen: 0,1%
    Russisch lernen: 7,7%

Well, it describes situation among todays students.
But if you will try to speak with geneartions what attended school before 1990s, they all learned Russian and some of them also German, English (French, etc.) not so much.
Btw, for me is funny, when American tourists when asking for something in English to older Czech who does not speak English, trying to reapeat their question in Spanish
