Vlach schools and rights only in Albania?

I was browsing some news lately and a Vlach friend of mine told me that Aromanian schools and minority rights are banned in all Balkan countries and that they were forced into a violent assimilation(especially in Greece)

He also told me that there are Aromanian schools only in Albania where no body is forcing to assimiliate the Vlachs, also a cousin on the Albanian border told me that there are always 3-5 deputies of Vlach descent in the Parliament, publicly declared.
