What european country has the most liberal men?

Sure Sweden & Norway might be strict in regards to Drugs, alcohol and prostitution... it's a whole different story in Denmark.

Denmark is drug capital of Scandinavia, and they're everywhere..... I'm not even kidding Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers take drugs, I've even met an ex police officer once, admitting to snorting cockain once in awhile.

It depends of the criteria because on feminism, gender theory, immigration and cultural enrichment, nobody can beat the scandos.

Completely true, especially the Swedes, but Mazik is right about prostitution, drugs and such.

That's true, I have distant relatives in Denmark and while visiting this little old lady whom some of my relatives knew, she offered us some kind of cake with hasch in it. Otherwise completely normal Danish lady.
