Default How do you say grandma/grandpa in your language?

In English you say grandpa/grandfather and grandma/grandmother to your grandparents. If you want to be more specific you can add maternal or paternal.

But in Swedish f.ex we have separate words for each. Maternal grandma = mormor (literally mother mother), maternal grandpa = morfar (mother father), paternal grandma = farmor (father mother) and paternal grandfather = farfar (father father).

How do you say in your language? Do you have separate words for each?
