    Isoäiti (grandmother) and isoisä (grandfather), although you never adress a person with those words. It would be more common to say mummo (grandmother) and pappa (grandfather).

    he escuchado usar tata/tato como hermana/hermano y abuela/abuelo pero nunca tio/tia. Para tio y tia afectivamente yo siempre he usado tito/tita.

    En mi familia la yaya y el yayo eran los abuelos , mientras que el llelle y la llella eran mis bisabuelos. Mi tatarabuelo al que apenas conoci , pero mis primas mayores si,era concido como el "titi" y su mujer la "tita"... :S supongo que camba tambien de familia en familia y de region en region.
