Do you ever think in a second language?

Those of you who are proficient in more than one language, do you ever think to yourself (or even talk to yourself) in your second language?

I do, all the time and I switch from one to the other fairly easily. I will sometimes be thinking in one language, be asked something in another, and answer in the language I was using in my head. Usually leads to some confusion.

Yep, I've also had dreams in another language too.

Sometimes also when I am keeping notes of something important or something I don't want other people to be aware of I write it down in English with cyrilic letters(Prevents them from typing it in Google translate)

I speak to myself and sometimes think in German. It's my preferred language to use for sure.

I'm not even fluent in English, but because I read books only in English, when I think about them, I think in English

Both Arabic and English depending on what the context of the thought is. I prefer Arabic though

Though my English is not excellent I have to think in English when i m speaking ,reading or writing in English because otherwise my all sentences would be upside down .
Totally different grammar structure .
