The oldest Negroid skull is dated to approximately 12,000 YBP.

There are the Grimaldi skulls from Sicily which are believed to be from the Upper Paleolithic, and have Negroid traits. If they are truly Negroid, and they are truly Upper Paleolithic, they would be the oldest Negroids regardless of their genetic affinities. Coon describes them briefly:

Qafzeh 9 was definitely not Negroid. If you look at the nasal cavity in tne Negroid skull, itmis shovel shaped, whearas Qafzeh 9 has a teardrop shape like the Caucasoid. Also, yoir Negroid skull has a steep nasion depression in the lwteral view. The Qafzeh nasal spine is more like the Mongolid. Qafzeh 9 also has a very narrow palate, especially relative to maxillary height -- this is a characteristic associated with Caucasoids. The skull does have some notable alveolar prognathism and this coule be taken as. Negroid or Mongoloid trait, but its important to remember that it could come from Neanderthals as well. This woman lived next soor to Neanderthals.

Another thing to note -- Qafzeh 9 had a cranial capacity of 1531cc which is above the average for Negroid males much less females.

Yeah in addiion to good diet it was also an attritive one, which wore their teeth down and promoted good occlusion and limited the effects of crowding. It also acted as a natural cleaning since so much of what they ate was abrasive. They used their teeth to tie knots and bend things as well which promoted salivation and prevented cavities. Basically the agricultural and especially industrial revolution was the worst thing that ever happened to the human face, among other parts of us.

Yeah you would think so, but it's just not the case, again -- assuming Grimaldi skeletons actually are Negroids. It could be that it's all a coincidence, and that Grimaldi is just a generalized sapiens with Neanderthal admixture. Neanderthals, like Negroids, had very long heel bknes, for example. The Grimaldi skeletons could simply have inherited a large number of very subtle traits in all the right places while at the same time preserving the very modern facial features which were emerging at that evolutionary period. One example of this would be Kostenki 14, who everyone thought was a Negroid on account of his broad nose, but turned out to be perfectly European on the genetic level.

Another possibility is that the skeletons are just intrusive and falsely dated and represent recent Negroids in Sicily, say from Roman times. But if everything checks out, and they are Negroid, it means Negroids originated in Europe and migrated to Africa.
