There isn't really such thing as distinctively American looking whites as most white Americans could perfectly fit in Britain, France, Germany, Ireland, etc.

Yes and no. There are some White Americans who, having been out of Europe for 3-4 centuries, have developed unique phenotypes of their own. It might be just separate evolution or something. Furthermore, some White Americans of more recent immigrant ancestry have a Euro-mutt look that is sometimes quite odd for the British Isles.

Maybe but they have to be of really mixed Euro descent to look disctinctively American - for instance, if they are a mix of Dutch, Italian and Russian they might get an unique phenotype (though not necessarily). But if they are of mixed British ancestry or British + French, or Dutch + English, German + Dutch, etc., they wouldn't look distinctively American at all.

Imo rapper Eve (and most of the other people in this music video too) cannot pass as anything other than African-American:
