Megan is of mostly English ancestry, but even in this supposed 'original' photo, you can see she's had tooth bleaching done, eyebrow reshaping, is wearing fake lashes, is wearing make-up, has soft highlights placed through her hair, and is wearing a fake tan. It's difficult to find any photos of her total natural appearance.
So many famous stars wear hair extensions, like Angelina Jolie, (who wears hair extensions placed into her hair to thicken and lengthen it and has colourists to place the caramel highlights softly through her hair. She wore a wig in The Tourist film,) Jennifer Lopez, etc.
'I wish I woke-up looking like Cindy Crawford!' (A famous quote made by supermodel Cindy Crawford regarding the amount of professional make-up artists, lighting experts, professional photographers and photoshop used to achieve the perfect image in a magazine.)
Angelina was criticised by people for her wig (pictured below) as 'looking like it's from Walmart' in The Tourist film. I disagree with the critics of her wig though. The thinner density of the wig and the soft colouring tone within the wig hair strands doesn't look unnatural or too thick and unrealistic for her age. I think it looks good on her and was probably an expensive wig she had made to suit her skin tone and age, although she looks even more natural when she's simply wearing her hair extensions sewn into her hair.
Beyoncé has naturally short afro hair and her mum owns her own hair salon. She wears a lot of different lace-fronted wigs on her head and hair extensions which she pays thousands to have carefully sewn into her hair.)
Most black females wear either lace-fronted wigs of have hair weave extensions placed in their natural afro hair. (Michael Jackson wore a lace-fronted wig too as he was naturally afro-haired and then he went bald when his hair burned off during the filming of a Pepsi commercial and his hair caught on fire and he was rushed to hospital.)
Her teeth also look heavily bleached, fake, and totally unnatural.
You can see the lace-front of her wig near her hairline below. They have loose bits of hair strands at the front of the wig to make it look like a natural hairline.... but close-up you can see it's a lace-fronted wig.
Britney is well-known for wearing hair extensions that are carefully weaved and sewn into her natural hair.
Naomi Campbell has naturally afro hair, but wears wigs and hair extensions (one minute her hair is short, and the next day it's long!)
Famous British stars like Cheryl Cole spends thousands having hair extensions sewn into her head to make it very thick and long, along with colourist specialists to highlight it.
Cheryl spends a lot of money on her very long and fake eyelashes and fake tan, and spends thousands on cosmetic dentistry too.
L'Oreal received thousands of complaints from people about using Cheryl and J-Lo in their hair product commercials for being 'misleading' to the public, as both of them spend thousands having fake hair extensions carefully placed into their hair to look like their real natural hair.
One lady said her young daughter was standing in a supermarket aisle and wanted her mum to buy some L'Oreal hair products with Cheryl's photoshopped picture on the front of the box (thinking it would make her hair look like Cheryl) and her child said, 'Mummy, I want my hair to look like Cheryl's hair....' She tried to explain to her impressionable child who had been fooled by the pictures and advertisements, 'But Cheryl's hair isn't even real!'
No thickening shampoo and conditioner sold by L'Oreal to people was going to transform their hair too look like Cheryl's fake hair.
This news article shows these hair advertisements featuring Cheryl were rejected for being misleading to the public: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/10210876
Cheryl even stepped out once following the rejection of her commercials, wearing her real hair to apologise (which was much thinner and shorter,) after the public complained about the misleading L'Oreal hair product commercials.

Girls in India are forced to have their hair cut short during religious ceremonies in order to sacrifice their egos, so that real human hair extensions can be bleached and treated and then sold to western females to wear in their hair at high prices.
The extensions can be highlighted or low-lighted, or given the popular ombre colouring treatment, bayalage, or sombre colouring... all of which are popular with western females.
People think only black females wear wigs and hair extensions to give them 'horse-hair' like white and asian females, but plenty of famous white females also wear hair extensions sewn into their hair for the purpose to thicken and lengthen the appearance of their hair a lot too.

Below are some examples of how it's done, but there's other techniques used too, depending on how much people spend on having their hair extensions or lace-fronted wigs applied to their real hair.
Sorry, but the point I'm trying to show here is that so many celebs have had cosmetic surgery done, wear fake hair and eyelash pieces, have tooth bleaching and wear veneers, crowns and bridges in their teeth, have liposuction done on their thighs and breast implants, (Angelina Jolie had both her natural breasts removed and has plastic boobs inserted,) wear lots of make-up, hair colouring and extensions, fake tans... have lots of professional make-up artists, professional photographers, lighting experts and stylists.... and that's before the photoshop alterations to whiten their eyes, remove flaws and imperfections, etc, are done on top of it.
So I just think a lot of these pictures of celebs in magazines are misleading to the public - especially when it comes to a lot of famous Hollywood stars in the US.
