Pretty much all are easily understandable with a bit of effort. Th exception maybe French.

Then there's Portuguese and Romanian; they understand pretty well other romances but other romances have a bit more trouble understanding them.

the thing that always astonished me is the apparent case of evolutive convergence between northern Sardinian and Romanian, two Romance languages with zero contacts in history, that apparently in many words followed the same evolutive path, some are clearly Latin words common also to other Romance languages, but others evolved in a unique way common only in Romanian and northern Sardinian

some examples that I found browsing a Romanian vocabulary :

    Sardinian / Romanian

    language : limba / limba
    water : abba / apa
femal horse : ebba / iapa
up : in sùsu / in sus
    over : a supra / deasupra
    under : josso / jos
    out : a fora / afara
    inside : intro / înăuntru
brother : frade / frate; in Romanian there is also "fratele" which reminds the Sardinian "fradile" (cousin)
    to steal : furare / a fura
fireplace, chimney : tziminèa / şemineu
    sofa : canapé / canapea
table : banca, mesa / banca, masa
    bull : trau / taur
    owl : cucumiàu / cucuveaua
    cherry : cariàsa / cireaşă
Non Auro, Sed Ferro, Recuperanda Est Patria (Not by Gold, But by Iron, Is the Nation to be Recovered) - Marcus Furius Camillus (Roman General)

Generally speaking, I understand Spanish Italian and French very well (though usually I watch American series and films either in Italian or in French), Portuguese moderately well but Romanian is like terra incognita for me (though written Romanian is a bit more understandable)
As for the Sardinian text, I had no trouble understanding it.

Sardinian looks more similar to Spanish
