Could be, although not many Poles know much about Czech Republic at all. There are some stereotypes, of course but some serious facts, I doubt it. But we still know more about Czechs than about Slovaks.

I think south-west Poles know more - Gottland author - Mariusz Szczygiel is from this region, it's because of czechoslovak and later czech tv.

I don't see why it's so important for Poles if we like them or not. The large number of articles "Poles love us but we...." has already been published. E.g. "Poles love Czechs. But you don't love us, the new Polish ambassador said sadly." http://zpravy.idnes.cz/rozhovor-s-po...zahranicni_aha
