How do I make friends?

Meet many people (gym, party, activities, whatever). Make small talk and realize who you ''click'' with and who you don't.
Friendly but not desperately, try to hang out for a coffee, etc.

I have moved in 6 different towns, and I have friends since I was a kid. Meaning, long time friends of 26+ years, 17+ years, 14+ and 9+ years. I have never once fought with any of them .

Man, all these people giving Etain advice about how to socially interact with people when it's clear as day her problem is her location, THAT'S IT.

She doesn't have share the same interests with the few young people around her. She should move to a big city, New York, SF or LA. But she's stuck and bored in a small town with barely any human interaction and not able to see any of the world she's learned so much about, she needs to GTFO before she becomes old and bitter that she's wasted her youth.

Youth is short believe me girl, before long, you'll be in your 30s where it's harder to make a new start, you need to GTFO NOW.

Making friends is actually a waste of time and waste of life. I never known an interesting person with lots of friends.
Being friendly and likable however is a total different ballgame.
I never had any drama in "friendships" because i was never that close to anyone, never in my life have i called anyone and said "hey what you up to, lets hangout, do this or that". Ever, not even as a kid.
Friendships i heard require time care and dedication, and thats just fucking gay,lol

Things like friendships comes naturally on our will or by common interests personally i try to distance myself from everyone for no any reason so i never tried from my side hence peeps call be cold,unfriendly etccc ett.
