    I was pumping weights like a madman when at Uni and playing semi professional football eating two whole chickens per day and drink five liters of raw milk per day.... I got way too big.

    Weights definitely.You can get somewhat of a result from body weight squats(Or holding small dumbbells) but elite asses like hers are built with a bar

    Google squat vids to help get your form right. It lloks easy but there's actually quite some technique to it. If you do it right, you will get DOMS for a bit even without weights. Mirrors are helpful whether you want to see yourself or not.

    I get exercise sometimes. This is about half our yard, really hilly, I mowed most of it with a push mower in a day. It's more of a workout than most people realize.
