Its based on Cro-Magnon similarities so yes, Finns just have more silmilarities than Sicilians but this dont say that they are closer to Greeks.

Cro-Magnon 1 is "Les Eyzies" from Dordogne, even though he looked great for his time (27ky) and they are all related somehow, the ones more relevant for Europeans are the more recent late up paleo to meso guys starting with Villabruna and Bichon (14ky), almost identical crano-facially, and genetically identical (how surprising). If anything it shows Greece in the Bronze Age probably looked similar to the older Cromags, just 20 000 years later.
