That just proves that it's not just genetics, but many social and cultural factors that contribute to IQ. Because India's and Israel's IQs are quite low.

There were. The Christians banned them from all jobs except banking and similar jobs. Only the smartest of them managed to survive in those jobs.

Of course, I do realize there are significant cultural differences between groups. Just saying, the answer is not so simple as to say it's just immutable and genetic.

Proof that IQ measure are inaccurate is the fact that an IQ of 80-85 is retarded (IQ of a Caucasoid with Down Syndrome Level)

If say, AfrAm IQ is really 85...this means the average African American soldier who was drafted in Vietnam was incapable of basic handling of firearms, tying their shoes, etc. Drafts are not screened for IQ's, they just take warm bodies...so all those African American soldiers drafted in Vietnam could have been replaced with Whites with Down Syndrome, (same IQ level), and they theoritically, should follow military commands and perform equally as competently as Black soldiers did.
