Married both her son and her daughter, is there some kind of financial benefit she was supposed to get from that? Like some kind of marriage support or something?
I don't think they should be in prison but they should be required to visit a psychologist at least once a week for some time.

No idea about the benefit just thought that it could be a motive for those relations. Seems really odd that she would choose to marry both of her kids. If only one then you can say it was just mental illness or something but both of them makes it seem like a strategic choice for some reason.
