Eastern mediterranean was single macto region since dawn of time with 2 its parts, Balkans and Middle East fighting each other for supremacy since greco-persian wars. Ultimate victory of Ottomans marked ultimate victory for Middle East over Balkan counterpart. Ottomans are rightful heir by conqueror right. Eventhough East med region is now weak and fractured Turkey is counted as continuation of Ottoman Empire. Russia has very little to do with Byzantines, just some cosmetic wannabism and Greece is weakest contender out of 3, because there is no continuitity between Byzantine Empire and modern Greece at all.

So are Christians... bunch of sellouts to Judeo-Christian religion who sold their Hellenic Culture, Names, Gods, everything and became judeo-christian.

What makes them different to those Islamic converts?

The last Romans were Constantine X Paleologos (killed in 1453 in Istanbul), David Comnenos of Trabzon (surrendered in 1461) and Leonardo III Tocco of Epirus Despotate (fled in 1479).

Rome stopped to exist in 1479 as Turks were done with anything left from Byzantines. Epirus was last.

Modern Greece and Serbia are among the states which revive the Byzantine legacy.
Especially Greece was established in 1820s as a Byzantine revivalism.

Mehmet II of Ottomans and Ivan the Terrible of Russia were just wannabe.

    Mehmed II was Greek/Serb
    Constantine XI was Greek/Serb

Demetrios Chalkondyles (1423–1511), referring to an Islamized Christian noble: "... This Mahmud, son of Michael, is Triballian, which means Serbian, by his mother, and Greek by his father."[24] or Mehmed the Conqueror when referring to the plundering of Serbia

Exactly, bulgarian literary language was created in image of russian language. It is hilarious that some nowadays bulgar clowns claim that russians took language from them

You are Sanjaki immigrant to BiH, so that's normal for you but that's not bind for Bosnia.
Bosniak ethno exists, that's the Bogomil nation led by a Catholic elite (established by Hungarians) which shifted to Islam during 15th century.
Bogomil leaders from Bulgaria were burnt alive by Byzantines.

Bosnia isn't Byzantine heir, just as Catholic Croats aren't.
