Dublin agreement is dumbfuck that i must even agree with my leftist politicians that must be revisioned. It has been criticized a lot.
To be honest they want to go in your country and North Europe and you continue to throw them back like France and Switzerland. This is not collaboration.
We are dealing with immigrants since Lybia crisis and we can manage them with no problems unlike other small and scared countries but now are the numbers are growing and some countries simply don't want to collaborate while others build wall (see Hungary).
If this is the idea of European Union we are fucked.

Poverty in Africa will not be solved with Emigration.
Just wait until countries like Austria have a FPÖ government, then you will find a solution for this Problem, and not a sharing of it.

The opposite is true. Now we start to care for such minor things like election couverts. A lady complained about the faulty couverts at an official and he told her to glue the couvert on her own but also to tell nobody that he told her so because it was against the law. This guy needs to get a price for giving the most Austian answer ever.
Austria changes and not for the good if they are now unable to print functional couverts.
