Most favorite to least favorite

1. Korean(BBQ, tofu soup)
2. Vietnamese especially pho and spring roll
3. Japanense(sushi and any types of ramen)
4. Chinese(chow mein and dumplings)
5. Filipino(even though it's my country, some of the dishes are salty)
6. Indian(rarely eating because I can't stand spicy food)
7. Thai(a lot of spiciness)

You also put Filipino lower heh..I know many people might simply just pick their own food and call it the best, but yeah Filipino food can be really salty and vinegary, and I wanted to be fair and judge based on my raw taste palate.

That's why I'm working on getting me to exercise regularly and eat some salty dishes occasionally.

I've heard many Filipinos often get heart attacks as young as in their 50s because they eat meat along with all the fat that comes with it; because in the Philippines they don't like to leave any leftovers. Pork-sinigang for examples they don't trim out the fat, but instead nothing is left be be thrown out, they eat all that blob of fat which leads to their doom.

..Did you ever join a gym like Bally's or Lifetime-Fitness?..I used to have a Bally's membership and I thought the services were great..I'm in Makati now though and am checking out what kinds of gyms they've got to offer here.
