Chinese (because of the great diversity of dishes and regional cuisines) BTW, Chinese American food doesn't count, most of it is oily garbage

Filipino (one of the most underrated cuisines IMO)

This isn't a strict list, on some days I really crave one thing over another.

Japanese - Mainly because they offer good seafood.
Chinese - Ive only had chinese american food.

Yeah. It's annoying when people who have only had Chinese American takeout make generalizations about all Chinese food. It's like equating Italian cuisine with Pizza hut. But can't say I really blame them, because a lot of the poorer Chinese immigrants make and sell that crap because it sells.

One of my ex-gf's was from Tennessee and she only had greasy Chinese Am food because that was what was available in her town, so she wasn't really that into Chinese food, but when I took her to the authentic restaurants, it quickly became her favorite cuisine.

What kind of mongol food have you ever had? I don't think there is legit Mongol food in the US. If you are talking about Mongolian BBQ restaurants with those giant woks, those are all gimmicks run by Cantonese immigrants.
