Losing weight.It kind of seems like a ongoing thing that everyone attacks and pins everything on your weight but in this case its true.
Fat is extremely estrogenic,estrogen apart from the female hormone is known also as the fat-storing hormone,it causes fatness in females and males who's levels of testosterone reduce.
Excessive amounts of estrogen can lead to many things,erectile disfunction being one of them.

When I had less weight around 108kg I had problems with sex and erectyle dysfunction and stamina. But now I have 150kg. I guess at 108kg I shouldnt have I dont know its still alot but many are somewhat overweight and dont have that problem.

agree but the one time I had sex I had 108kg and had a erectyle dysfunction and problems with performance/stamina. How much weight do I need to have to have normal sex life?
