I don't think you should interpret the results literally. It could mean you have Balto-Slavic ancestry from the Slavic migrations (or not) than something recent.

You also shouldn't interpret the results literally. For example, the 65% Sicilian and 35% Norwegian could mean 65% Iberian and 35% Western/Central European such as the Gauls.
