It can be because of race like black, brown, yellow or only one of them but it can also because of political disputes and historical hatred like albanian/bosnian/serb or because of religion christian/muslim etc. Just say which ethnicity or ancestry you would reject from your family

Im a result of mixed heritage myself and I turned out ok. So it would be hypocritical of me to reject anyone from my family due to being of another race or ethnicity. Personally, I like black people. So it wouldn't bother me if anyone in my family married browns, blacks, whites, red, yellows or whatever.
