Classify this man please

Try to classify my great uncle by this bad picture with a bad resolution, is the only picture that i have about him. I don't want a exactly and precise classification, but just a resemblance of some person from some place or something like this.

I have no idea how your uncle looked before when he used to be younger but I got an impression that he might have some central european ancestry , in little amount , at least judging by his narrow nose and quite high forehead. That's all I can say about him.

Thanks for opinion, he have a portuguese ancestry with some other that i really don't know.
