Btw in these pics they aren't all full Northern Italians. It's more a representation of people who live in North Italy rather than a representation of Northern Italians.

Obviously there are minor chances that not all subjects are from that specific region. This applies to Central and South too. I've explained this in my first post.

I agree. I think they look closer to southern French, and also to some extent to their northern neighbors (Austrians, Swiss and even Bavarians) than to Sicilians or Calabrese. Though of course, many people living in northern Italy today (and thus some in the photos) may be part southern, so before this was the case they would have looked even more different.

I personally know 6 northern Italians. Two of them easily could be German. Two of them fit better in France. One could pass anywhere in Italy, even in the south, or in some Balkan countries. The final one can pass as far as Sweden or Norway.
