Peruvian nationalist loser wannabe French like this Melki are always envious of the Spanish more succesful neighbour, of its world influence, of its more-spoken and famous language, of its famous empire which they wanted to imitate (failing), of its wines that they need to buy to resell as own, of its national sport teams, etc etc... thus they constantly need to undermine the Spanish.

They can keep their higher GDP along their millions and millions and millions of blacks and North Africans.
You know, Africa begins at the Pyrinees.

one day an american woman tried to convince me "Las Vegas" was also a French word....

Because 4 cities bearing a Spanish name are enough to make of Louisiana (and not Luisiana) a Spanish State ???

Come on, there are more cities and counties with a French name in Texas: Paris, Beaumont, La Grange, La Salle, LaBelle, Montgomery, Duval, Mauriceville, Doucette, DeBerry, Blanchard...and yet, I would never say Texas is a state of French heritage.

Peruvian? Excuse me sir, but...do you know me? Have you seen my photos in the members picture thread? Surely not. Moreover, nobody here knows how you really look like. Perhaps you're a Moroccan troll personifying the caricature of the typical Spanish paleto.

Why do you think we failed in building a colonial Empire? Spain lost ALL Latin America and the Philippines and Africa. France has still many islands and territories scattered all around the world. Thanks to that, France has the second largest exclusive economic zone in the world after the US.

Even the French national football team has been more successful. Spain holds one more title under the belt than France (1 world cup, 3 European cups, France: 1 world cup, 2 European cups) but France counts more international victories and more 2nd and 3rd places than Spain.

As for French, it's maybe less important than Spanish in terms of native speakers, but not in terms of international prestige. French is the language of the Olympic Games, the UNESCO, the International Red Cross, the European Space Agency, the European Court of Human Rights, Amnesty International, Médecins du Monde and more. It's also the language taught in the most renowned and expensive private schools in Switzerland.

Besides, there are more Alliances Françaises in the world than Institutos Cervantes.

The following parts are quoted from Wikipedia:
In 1997, George Werber published in Language Today a comprehensive academic study entitled "The World's 10 most influential languages".[55] In his article, Werber ranked French as being the second – after English – most influential language of the world, ahead of Spanish.[55] His criteria were not solely the numbers of native speakers, but also included the number of secondary speakers (which tends to be specially high for French among fellow world languages); the economic power of the countries using the language; the number of major areas in which the language is used; the number of countries using the language, and their respective population; and the linguistic prestige associated with the mastery of the language (Werber highlighted in particular that French benefits from a considerable linguistic prestige).[55] In 2008, Werber reassessed his article, and concluded that his findings were still correct since "the situation among the top ten remains unchanged.

Forbes released an article in 2014 which claimed that French "could be the language of the future".

And what is Spanish? Mostly a language of panchitos and Colombian cocaine barons.

You mean SOUTH of the Pyrenees, since the coach and the top scorer of your beloved football team are of Algerian descent.

Besides, when asked about his opinion on the Third World, Henry Kissinger admitted that he did not know and cared little about the world south of the Pyrenees.

London is in between France and Holland without a doubt.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12

Definition of untrustworthy and loose character are those that don't believe in God.

Brits are far more social and casual than Germans, also dating dynamic in the UK is more like the US than like Germany. GErmans are more stiff and tend to hang out in closed groups, and they rarely talk or mix with people they dont know just for the like of doing that. For no coincidence anarchism was huge movement in the UK but not in Germany. Germans have far more Self Control than British People do, just compare GErmans in Mallorca to Brits in Magaluf... even the worse germans come nowhere close to the average Brit over there...

Brits are socially and understand more French People (more so the northern parts of the country) than they do the Germans. I know many germans when abroad they keep sepeaking german to eachother and refuse to switch to english. I am talking here even about people from the New Generation.

Can't believe I actually agree with you and am upvoting you after you were rude to me in my thread about birth control.
