The elections have shown that Bosniaks have become complacent due to their numerical advantage, and that Serbs have mobilized for elections in a higher number due to the holliday controversy.
    Hi everyone!

No, it simply means the average Serb has a higher national/political consciousness ("nacionalna svijest") than the average Bosniak. Turnout rate in RS was 59%, in FBiH less than 50% (and since Croats have higher national consciousness, the turnout rate for Bosniaks from FBiH is even smaller in reality).

Yugoslav partisans believer in the chetnik ideology, but could not display it openly because otherwise they couldn't recruit naive Croats and Bosniaks, which were necessary for victory. We shouldn't make a difference between a Serb and a chetnik, the two are exactly the same thing.

But the "demographic conquest" was shown in the latest census, where people declare what they are. Voting numbers depend on too many things and especially on how motivated people are to vote.

I must say these local elections were a major loss for the Bosniaks though, if losing 100k of your people to genocide is not enough of a motivation for Bosniaks to at least be more motivated on voting then you might as well shut the whole project down.

People like me and Hrulj are a small minority in the Bosniak corps, obviously. Some Bosniaks even voted for radical Serb parties for a few hundred Euros pay. This is sad for me of course, but you can't spread national consciousness by force. Me and Hrulj would likely be labeled as fanatics in most of our people.

I hear you, but that's the case with all of the Balkans really. I see lots of Balkan groups of friends here in Sweden, acting as if everything is fine and how proud they are to be "Balkan". The masses have a collective memory of a goldfish. Such is life

Anyways hope this motivates Bosniaks to not ignore voting in the future.

Number of voters is not great tool to measure demographics, turnout rate among Serbs and Bosniaks is disproportionate hence why Serbs got equal numbers hence why they won Srebrenica aswell, unfortunately.

Lowest turnout was among Croats, which means Bosniak turnout was even better than 50%. It further shows there is no way Bosniaks make up half of population actually living in BiH.

    You're right, I think we're closer to 60%
