Imagine a situation where you are a nurse or some doctor, you have a male patient having some issues with his penis. To get checked he must show this penis and so he does. But after few seconds he has a boner. How do interprete that? As a compliment, or rather negatively?

In Serbia, in Belgrade in a hospital. A female doctor asked me to show her my penis, and I had to wank off to provide a sperm sample (they said its to see if im fertile) it was a all around check.
