One thing I noticed it's most of girls aren't ashamed of saying "She's pretty", while most of guys are ashamed of saying "He's handsome". I think it's mostly because lesbianism isn't nearly condemned by the society as male homossexuality. I have seen homophobia occurs against males a lot of times, but a few times against females.

Even yesterday I've been met with surprise on the forum chat with the question "you don't think homosexuality is degenerate?". Because I don't.

But yeah, this is TA of course. No surprises here. Still, homosexual members get respected the same, so most do accept/tolerate it here. There's the paradox lol.

Well, I'm sure male homosexuality gets met with more hostility, but female homosexuality, real female homosexuality, usually involves short-haired masculine-behaving women. I'm sure also that isn't accepted in homophobic societies.
