Do you know if it's possible to sort the files with open office? I would be much easier with excel but i don't have it.

i used notepad ++, it was hard manual labour, basically pushing the "find" feature and looking through all the ones with my ID one by one...but it did the trick...

In excel it would be as easy as:
1- create a table
2- filter by your id
3- copy the results to another worksheet
4- sort
I tried this with open office but i couldn't filter. So you went through your ID with highlight on notepad++? That's too much work...
