I doubt it was Sikeliot but whoever it was if he had some balls and honor he would at least admit who it was and why it is done.

It`s not clear if it was inflicted by someone or self-inflicted. Unfortunately, we have no pictures of the item used, and the wound caused by this action in order to understand something more.
