There is no correlation at all between climate and church attendance.
Similarly, in Southern Spain, some Andalucian districts are strongly dechristianized, whilst Navarra in the North is among the most religious provinces.

GiCa should know: Central Italy (between Bologna and Rome) is very little religious, but Veneto (in the North) is just as staunchly Catholic as Sicily.

    GiCa needs some rest.

In Italy Religion Is correlated with latitude

Tye south is way more religious than Veneto wich might be quite religious

But it s true that the region I live in is traditional profaning in the sense that we have always criticized the church here

That's the 18th District of Paris. The most romantic place of the city (Montmartre, Moulin Rouge) and my place of birth.

It looked very different 40 years ago. Less Muslims, but lots of dark-haired and olive-skinned Portuguese. Unemployment rate was high among them.

I still think you live better there than near a beach full of burning English and Germans smelling like suntan oil, somewhere down in Algarve...

No, there isn't correlation at all between church attendance and latitude, latudist GiCa's theories are insane. I just pointed that Portugal is contrary to Italy where the church attendance is higher in the south, the south is politically more left wing (still significantly communist in Alentejo) while the north isn't...but of course it has absolutely no relation with latitude, GiCa is dumb and ignorant.

    .

True, it still looked like an European neighbourhood back then.

Less Muslims, but lots of dark-haired and olive-skinned Portuguese. Unemployment rate was high among them.
Yet they never blocked the streets to pray, never represented anywhere near to 70% of the French prison population, never were known for being heavily dependant on welfare and last but not least never bombed the shit out of you.

I still think you live better there than near a beach full of burning English and Germans smelling like suntan oil, somewhere down in Algarve...
It's a question of taste and opinion, i personally prefer the company of dark-haired/olive-skinned Portuguese and burning English and Germans smelling like suntan oil than of hordes of unassimilated and aggressive sharia imposers.

Hordes ? I look out the window, and I don't see any "horde" here. Gee, I think they all stayed in Saudi Arabia.
