Ipsita Roy Chakraverti (born Ipsita Chakraverti; 3 November 1950) is a Wiccan priestess based in India. Born into an elite family in India with a diplomat for a father and royalty for mother, Chakraverti spent her early years in Canada and the US where her father was stationed. I think there must be some because its quiete popular and almost mainstream, and heavy metal I think is a heathenry music genre, and there are also some non-whites into that. Do you know personally any non-whites who worshipp Odin/Thor/Wotan etc. or are practice Celtic Witchcraft etc. and what do you think about it?

I'm not one but I think it makes more sense for Europeans to worship their ancient Gods than Christianity.

their Gods are older than Christianity ...however Christianity is the official religion in europe since Emperator Constantine when still existed the Roman empire ......you cannot have something for 2 millennia and continue to think it's not your own culture ...eheheheh

I personally believe anyone can follow whatever religion they want if they put a good deal of true effort into learning about it.

That said, the form of heathenry I follow mostly does come from Germanic ancestors.

I mostly use Asatru as a base, because Asatru has the most solid foundation, and is the most common, but ultimately, i'd like to transition to following the practice of Azatriggwa, Gothic Heathenry, inspired by my Hispanic/Latina heritage, particularly my Asturian and Castilian heritage. I also have a profound interest in Frankisk Aldsido (Frankish Heathenry), as I think it would be wise to look into the lore of the land I live in, as well as the Franks bearing strong cultural ties to my Dutch and German ancestors.

Never heard of heathenry worship, do people really do that? The time period movies, TV shows like Vikings, Game of Thrones, are popular with everyone in the USA, captures all races/ethnicities.
