I read many newspapers online and I've read my claim more than 5 times in different newspapers, not directed to you though, the autistic commenter I read claimed that Qefalia was also an Albanian surname coming from Qef "Fun" when in reality Kefalonis means something like an administrator of a region in BZ-Medieval Greek.
I understand that Albanians have influenced neighbooring nations and Greece especially but one needs to know their limit in order to not look like a clown

Which is what you're doing right now by bringing that irrelevant stuff to my thread. Don't act like you didn't direct it to me, you asked specifically what Dhima meant in Albanian having assumed that I had claimed it was an Albanian origin name. Read the threads before you comment next time.
