I read many newspapers online and I've read my claim more than 5 times in different newspapers, not directed to you though, the autistic commenter I read claimed that Qefalia was also an Albanian surname coming from Qef "Fun" when in reality Kefalonis means something like an administrator of a region in BZ-Medieval Greek.

I understand that Albanians have influenced neighbooring nations and Greece especially but one needs to know their limit in order to not look like a clown

They're not for females, but often feminine forms of names. Dhima could've been a female name, I have nothing against female names, it still sounds hard as fuck. Pirro Dhima is a slayer name, Pyrros Dhimas just isn't.
