I believe if i will be more active online while expressing my opinion on wide variety of topics then my proficiency will improve. A necessity on learning language this is exactly my reason for joining various foreign communities. But I complain that I never rid of distinguishable accent while speaking two languages simultaneously. I realize I have to forget completely my native language to speak clearly.

When talking about time.
It's starting at 8pm.
I will be there at 7:45pm.
He is coming at 10am.
We have a meeting at 2pm.

Other times to use at.
You can be good at this too.
Look at the pretty house.

Now about at school and in school.
In my sentence I said, "I only teach English at school".
I was talking it in terms of location here. I work at an educational institution. So when I am there then I teach. So it's me saying that I teach at a school. So if you are located at school or something is at school then you can say that to tell them it's at school. Someone could also say I teach in school. This would probably mean they attend the school for learning and work at the school as a tutor or something. Using in would require you to attend something like for learning.

To say that you are in school is to say you are attending school to learn.
I am in school.... Means you go there (as in attend school for learning.)
I am in school.... Also means you are at the location (not necessarily learning in class now) of the school but because you attend school.
